Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness. You can easily get rid of cold hands and feet, pump up your endorphin level (happy hormone). 

Zumba uses basic spes of salsa, merenge, cumbia and reggeaton.
